You only need to attend ONE of these FREE training sessions to be certified as a SKYWARN Spotter. Pre-registration for these classes is NOT required. Topics covered include cloud features, severe thunderstorm recognition, severe weather safety rules and reporting procedures. These sessions usually last just under 2 hours.
