A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for Southern Sierra Nevada from Yosemite to Kings Canyon until 8 PM this evening and in the Kern County Mountains until 10 pm tonight. There is also a wind advisory for the Kern Deserts until 10 PM tonight. Winds could gust up to 50 MPH at times. A slight chance of valley Thunderstorms is possible into this evening.
