BILLINGS HAVE SEEN SOME OF THE DRIEST STARTS TO SUMMER ON RECORD
THROUGH JULY 14. SHERIDAN...ON THE OTHER HAND...HAS FAIRED A
LITTLE BETTER. SIMILAR RESULTS ARE ALSO EVIDENT WHEN LOOKING AT
THE TOTAL PRECIPITATION FOR THE YEAR THROUGH JULY 14. HERE IS A
LOOK AT THE YEARLY AND SUMMER PRECIPITATION STATISTICS THROUGH
JULY 14 FOR THESE CITIES. NORMALS ARE 30 YEAR AVERAGES CALCULATED
FROM 1971 TO 2000. RECORDS STARTED BEING RECORDED FOR BILLINGS IN
